Thank you for your interest in "The Magic of Me" gift set! We want to make sure your experience is magical from start to finish. Please take a moment to review our store policies before placing your order.

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the personalized nature of our gift sets (each book is hand-signed by the author), all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds except in cases of damage or defect (see Section 4 below).

2. Gift Set Contents May Vary

The items shown and listed on our website are examples from past gift sets. We carefully curate each gift set to be magical and special, but the specific included items may change from time to time without notice.

Rest assured that every gift set includes:

  • A personally signed paperback copy of "The Magic of Me"
  • A thoughtfully curated collection of extras and goodies
  • Beautiful gift packaging ready to give

We put love and care into every gift set, and we're confident you'll be delighted with what arrives!

3. Order Processing & Shipping

3.1 Processing Time

Because each gift set is hand-assembled and personally signed by Hollee Blazek, please allow 3-5 business days for order processing before your item ships. During busy periods (holidays, book events, etc.), processing may take longer.

3.2 Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all gift sets within the United States. Shipping times vary by location but typically range from 2-7 business days after processing.

3.3 International Orders

We typically only ship within the United States. However, if you're interested in international shipping, please contact us first before placing your order — we may be able to accommodate your request depending on your location. Alternatively, check your local Amazon or other online retailers.

3.4 Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

While we take great care in packaging your gift set, accidents can happen during shipping. If your order arrives damaged or there is a defect with any item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the damage or defect
  • Photos of the damaged items and packaging

We will work with you to make it right — whether that means sending a replacement for the damaged item(s) or finding another satisfactory solution.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. If you believe your package was lost in transit (not marked as delivered), please contact us so we can work with the carrier to locate it.

For added security, consider shipping to a secure location or using a delivery address where someone will be available to receive the package.

6. Personalization Requests

Each book comes with Hollee Blazek's signature. Custom personalization (such as specific names or messages) may or may not be possible depending on timing and availability. If you're interested in personalization beyond the signature, please contact us ahead of time before placing your order — we'll do our best to accommodate your request!

7. Gift Messages

Our gift sets come beautifully packaged and ready to give. If you're sending directly to the recipient and would like to include a gift message, please add your message in the order notes at checkout, and we'll do our best to include a handwritten note with your gift.

8. Age Recommendations

"The Magic of Me" is recommended for children ages 3-8, though readers of all ages have enjoyed its empowering message. Some items in the gift set (such as small accessories) may not be suitable for children under 3. Please use discretion when gifting to very young children.

9. Pricing & Availability

Gift set prices and availability are subject to change without notice. However, once you place your order, your price is locked in and will not change.

10. Payment Security

All payments are processed securely through PayPal. We do not store your credit card or payment information on our servers. PayPal's security measures protect your financial data.
